Hotel Central Luzern - Lucerne

Perfect location: 2 min walk from the railway station, 1 min to the Rosengart Collection, 3 min to the Old Town, 5 min to the KKL concert hall. The hotel is not located on a large street, but in a quiet side street. Very friendly staff - it feels like the team has been picked up. Comfortable bed, nice pillows. Normal little bathroom. Variety of delicious breakfast; lovely pastries. In the dining room is a coffee machine, next to it free tea, coffee, cream, sugar, fruit and the remaining after breakfast delicate croissants; all this can be taken at any time until late at night. However, croissants are already over by night :)

The sounds in the hallway are too well heard from the room. But the hotel is small, there are no crowds walking in the corridors, and personally, insufficient sound insulation did not interfere with me at all.

Beautiful hotel for those who came to see the city and visit festivals in KKL. Excellent location - the station is about four minutes away, the old town and the Concert Hall is the same. Normal, nice breakfast, good coffee. The room is small, but comfortable, I had enough. Everything's rationally arranged. The window went out into the courtyard, it was quiet. I especially want to emphasize - it's the first time I've met such a friendly staff! Special thanks. And one more thing: round-the-clock access (with its key) to the living room - cafe, where there is a coffee machine, tea, the remaining after breakfast croissants (all free) and a touching fridge with drinks, money for which you just need to put in a nearby piggy bank. You can also eat there if you bring food with you.

You have to keep in mind in the summer that there's no air conditioning in the room.

Really true from the reviews: in the dining room you can drink good coffee at any time, during the day to finish what is left of breakfast (croissants, fruit), in the evening at the dining table people eat what they brought with them. The mattresses are good, not squashed. It's less than 5 minutes on foot from the railway station or the main attractions. On the bed there was a beautiful postcard with a historical view of Lucerne and a handwritten wish for a good stay, it is very touching. The city's paper pass was not given, a QR code was given and a PDF was downloaded to the phone.

It's stuffy: the windows of the room overlooked the roadway, shouting and talking all night, the window had to be closed, but there was no conditioner ((( There is a device - like a thick stick on electricity - like an air sink, a muzzle - noisy, but not much use. The door to the bathroom is frosted glass, at night the whole room is illuminated, the silhouette of the person is visible. Hand washing-head-body washing-meal one liquid universal.

Pleasantly decorated & attractively furnished room with drinks and coffee/tea, for instance. Enjoyable breakfast to star a day with fresh breads and great coffee, for example. Amazing customer care, parking on the streets.

The hotel had very healthy breakfasts with local sourced food, ham and soft boiled eggs. We received good service from the lovely friendly and cooperative stuff. The location was particularly good and unbeatable for walking around a covered wooden footbridge. It took us 5 minutes on foot to get to the downtown.

This place is good, and provides everything I need, including free Wi-Fi, excellent laundry service, and a cozy coffee shop. On my first stay, the staff helped me with a local taxi number, which I remember fondly. Highly recommend for a relaxing experience!

Great staff and perfect location, but very noisy at night made sleep hard.

We enjoyed the cozy lounge area with 24/7 coffee and the convenience of walking to the train station for our day trips.
